We have made quality our habit. It’s not something that we just strive for – we live by this principle every day. At every step of our process, quality takes center stage, guiding our decisions and actions. From the conception of an idea to its execution, we prioritize excellence in every aspect.

Step 1 - Build a pipeline

We work together with business to build a pipeline of automation projects. This comes as a part of our consulting services. During this step, we inspire business and showcase example of possible automation opportunities from our past experience with different clients. We share the most valuable cases and most value adding automations from our experience.

After that we get into workshops with different stakeholders to discuss their day to day work from the lens of automation. All the repetitive tasks which can be automated we list those down with benefits. Which becomes the pipeline for automation.

Step 2 - Develop & Test

We clearly outline the tasks or processes business wants to automate. Determine the input, expected output, and any specific conditions or constraints. Select the tools to develop, prefer existing tools from the client, we make a high level design and create an MVP. In agile way, we showcase the solution and progress every 2 weeks.

Once developed and quality checks passed, we work with the business to test as a part of UAT. Find defects and fix with business, also any enhancements or upgrades are done after consulting the clients. Once this is approved, we move on to the next step.

Step 3- Deploy & Maintain

Deploy the automation solution in the relevant environment and monitor its performance. Continuously gather feedback and make improvements as needed. Overall, the key to developing a successful custom automation solution is thorough planning, diligent implementation, rigorous testing, and ongoing maintenance.

During maintenance, we monitor proactively and fix issues before they surface. Maintenance also includes Dashboarding, Reporting on KPIs, Updates and Upgrades. We follow change management process of client.

Every step is documented well, has key deliverables and needs approval from client.

Meet Mary, a digital colleague

Mary, a digital colleague created by team of skylight for a multinational FMCG company. She was created by using RPA technology and is running live reconciliation processes without any errors. She is helping her colleagues with their day to day repetitive and boring tasks which does not add much value in their organization.

She is perfectly capable of scaling up to multiple locations, currently scaled up to 60 stores, her next target is to be scaled up to 26 countries worldwide. She is ready to help with compliance and is super efficient.

Edwin - Order Manager

Meet Edwin, New digital employee of a multinational client of ours. Edwin is designed using multiple technologies, like IDP(Intelligent document processing), Artificial intelligence and Machine learning. Edwin is perfectly capable of reading emails, organize and extract information. Edwin reads orders and invoices from multiple clients and creates salesforce and SAP orders.

This process of receiving invoices and orders in PDF, email or text formats is quite common in all industries. Colleagues like Edwin can perfectly take over this task and can be scaled to multiple locations or departments.
